Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, the forty day period leading up to Easter (excluding Sundays).
The service will be reflective as we consider our mortality and the grace of God.
There will be prayers, readings and music.
Participants will be invited forward if they wish to receive the "imposition of ashes" on the forehead.
