We will once again support our local Women and Children's Shelter, this Mother's Day ! The shelter will be preparing 22 gift hampers for the moms , and still need a few items to complete them : lip balms, manicure items, a chocolate treat, a $5 or $10 coffee card, a package of nice tea ( herbal or other decaf ) . Other items that they are currently most in need of include tampons, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant , small Kleenex packets , and forks and spoons . Please consider purchasing one or more of these items , and bringing them to church ( not wrapped nor in a gift bag) by May 3rd . They will be taken to the shelter on May 4th
