Choral Cantata and White Gift Sunday

Every year under the direction of our Music Director, Jenn Harris, our choir presents a Choral Cantata, reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas, especially in the midst of a culture which gets distracted by things of lesser importance.

Please join us during worship on December 18th as we are enriched by this special musical offering, carefully and prayerfully presented by members of our own Westminster Choir. It is called 'Touched by a Child, Touched by a King' and is by John Purifoy with narration by Geoff and Niel Lorenz.

We will also observe White Gift Sunday--a day when we bring in food items for the Grocery Assistance Program here in Barrie, to be distributed to those who are in particular need of food this time of year. (And no, you don't have to wrap the donations in white; although that has sometimes been the custom in the past.)

We gather in song and generosity as we anticipate the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
